What is the maximum weight an order can have?

In national shipments, the maximum weight is 30kg.

For international shipments the weight varies between 20kg and 30kg, depending on the destination country.

How is the volumetric weight calculated?

This is calculated from the relationship between the object volume and the standard density. Density is calculated by the ratio between the actual weight of the object and its volume.

  • International Service:

To obtain the object's dimensions (in cm), the following calculation is made:

Length * Width * Height, obtaining the cubic dimension. This result is divided by 5000 to determine Volumetric Weight (in kg).

  • Spain Service 24/48:

To obtain the object's dimensions (in cm), the following calculation is made:

Length * Width * Height, obtaining the cubic dimension. This result is divided by 4000 to determine Volumetric Weight (in kg).

What are the minimum and maximum dimensions?

Dimensions are the same for national and international shipments:

Minimum length of 20 cm.

Maximum length of 150 cm.
